CCF 2D Reference Object Library (Source) This repository contains .png files for presentations with or without labels and an.svg files for use in a cell type based data exploration user interface. A worksheet with tabs for each 2D functional tissue unit (FTU) per organ provides the anatomical structures, cell types and biomarker (ASCT+B) table mapping to the 2D FTU illustration.
